Exchange Policy

Exchange must not exceed 7 days of the purchase date. All exchanged items must be returned in the same condition received, with all original tags, labels and Invoice.

After confirmation by our team, you can exchange the purchased item in any of our 4 stores or online. 

One exchange allowed per order

NB: No refunds, only exchange is accepted. If you wish to return it to our online store, you will be responsible for the delivery charge. Exchange excluded items: Underwear, Accessories, Clothing Accessories, Cosmetics, Swimsuits.
